So it has come to this, I will assign a task to everyone whether you like it or not since there was little feedback when I asked for people to choose for themselves.

Starting from the next patch, I will remind everyone to fulfill their respective tasks.

As I mentioned previously, my vision for this static group is one where each member contributes to its maintenance. Right now, I'm the one handling the majority of its affair; it is honestly time consuming and not what I am trying to accomplish.

With that perspective in mind (and to lessen my workload), I will be creating 8 functions for members to choose from. The selection will be mostly on a first come, first serve basis. The jobs and its description are as follow:

Administrator: Sets raid schedules, makes sure raid parties starts and finishes on time, makes decisions on unresolved problems, "leads" the group.
Counselor: Basically the co-admin. Replaces the admin during its absence and offers opinions/suggestions to the admin.
- Requirement: must use LINE.
Loot Master: Records the loot obtained in battle and creates a greed/need list if necessary.
- Requirement: work with the "Bank" tab on Guildwork.
Cameraman: Takes memorable screenshots during our raid progression and uploads them on the Album. May have to record gameplay footage as well.
- Suggested requirement: possess a powerful system to record while playing.
VoIP Provider: Provides the static with a functional voice chat and solves its related technical issue.
- Note: monthly fee payment might be necessary
Strategist: Edits the Wiki tab with information pertinent to the raid we are currently learning. Theorycraft team composition and strategy to improve our effectiveness.
- Requirement: in-depth game knowledge
Web Designer: Embellishes and improves the webpage. Will have full access to its code.
Requirement: Knowledge in HTML and website design
Parser: Shares the parsing data at the end of the raid with the rest of the group. With the approval of the admin or counselor, politely tells if someone isn't pulling its own weight.
- Requirement: have an accurate parser on during each raid session.

I will hold onto the administrator position for now, until the static is self-sufficient. Unseen Forrce is also already paying for a TeamSpeak server, so he is defaulted to the VoIP Provider position.

This is all I have in mind for now, the tasks are subject to future modification. The jobs will be assigned to whoever replies first in the comment section below. Happy raiding!
